Who processes the data?
Vakantiemodule is a product of 072DESIGN V.O.F., Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 70682585, based in Sint-Pancras, the Netherlands. For account data, 072DESIGN is the controller. For guest data submitted through a booking form, the owner of the holiday property is the controller and Vakantiemodule processes that data on that owner's behalf.
Which data do we process?
- Account and organisation data of the owner, including email address and property settings.
- Property data, rates, availability, bookings and payment statuses.
- Guest data needed for a booking: name, email address, phone number, dates, number of guests and message.
- Functional session data for secure sign-in and a hashed IP key to limit abuse of the booking form.
Why do we process that data?
We use the data to carry out the booking service, monitor availability, inform owner and guest, start payments and secure the application. Booking data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Recipients and suppliers
In the production environment, data may be processed by Supabase for database and authentication, Mailgun for transactional email, Mollie for payments through the owner's account and Vercel for application hosting. The actual production environment is only activated after the corresponding processor and account settings have been checked.
Retention and deletion
We do not keep data longer than needed for the booking service, statutory retention obligations and resolving security or dispute questions. An owner can export their own data from the dashboard. Requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction are assessed case by case, partly against any tax retention obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object. Guests should first contact the host they booked with. We support that host where needed.
Cookies and security
Vakantiemodule uses functional cookies for sessions. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies. Access to organisation data is technically separated with authentication and Row Level Security. Mollie keys are stored encrypted.
