Your calendar. Your guests. No commission.
Guests see which days are free, pick their dates and send a request. You decide who stays, and you pay a fixed amount per month however well the season goes.
From 19 euros a month. No fee per booking, no setup costs.
We fetch linked calendars every fifteen minutes, which cuts the risk of double bookings.
Every request comes to you. You choose who comes to stay.
From request to confirmed booking. You decide at every step.
Four steps. There is nothing to install and nothing to change about your website, apart from one line of code.
Your guest picks the dates
The module on your site shows which days are free and works out the price straight away, cleaning and tourist tax included. It speaks Dutch, German, English and French, so your German guest sees exactly what they are booking.
You decide
The request lands in your dashboard. You put it on hold with an expiry date, or you turn it down.
Payment your way
You send a payment request or an invoice, the way you already do. The module keeps track of the amount and the status.
Confirmation goes out by itself
At every step you and your guest get a tidy email with the total and the next step in it.
Platforms charge commission. Your own website does not.
The big booking platforms keep a percentage of every booking. Rent out for 10,000 euros a year through a platform charging 15 percent commission and you are 1,500 euros lighter.
Airbnb and Booking.com carry on working alongside your own site. The calendars link up both ways. Vakantiemodule fetches external calendars every fifteen minutes. How quickly a platform processes your calendar is decided by the platform itself.
With direct bookings your monthly fee stays the same, however well your season goes.

What owners usually ask
What does a booking system for a holiday home cost?
Booking systems for holiday rentals in the Netherlands run to roughly 20 to 50 euros a month, and some charge commission or a fee per booking on top. Vakantiemodule works with a fixed monthly amount from 19 euros, with no transaction costs.
Do I need a new website?
No. You paste one line of code where the module should appear. That works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and anything else that accepts HTML. The module picks up the accent colour of your site automatically.
Can I keep using Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Vakantiemodule fetches linked calendars every fifteen minutes, so a booking on Airbnb or Booking.com is blocked in your own calendar too. You can feed the Vakantiemodule calendar back to the platform. How quickly the platform processes it is up to them.
How do my guests pay?
For now you send a payment request or an invoice yourself, exactly as you do today. The module keeps track of what is outstanding and when it was paid. Online payment is on the roadmap.
